Prior to her higher education career, Dr. Adeogun held positions as an Executive Trainer for Executive Adventure, HR Director for The Federated Department Stores, Technology Supervisor for Sterling Software, and Manager at KnowledgeWare.

Dr. Adeogun earned her Doctor of Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Nova Southeastern University, a Master of Science in Human Resources from Troy University, and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Shorter University.
